Jill Sadler

Jill started in hospitality at fifteen, working in local establishments like Del Dentes and Red House. She graduated from Wilfrid Laurier with a major in Criminology and a minor in Contemporary Studies, left the industry briefly for a career in social services, and was drawn back by a love of craft cocktails and quality ingredients. She opened the original S&V Lancaster in 2018, has since earned her CRT and WSET certifications, and co-founded the Southwestern Ontario Bartending Community to give local hospitality workers access to training that is taken for granted in larger cities.

All of that work has been about one thing: making people feel genuinely looked after in a room. It is the same standard she holds Vireo to.

Jill is now Vice President of Sadler Realty, and President and Chief Marketing Officer at SolBirds, where she infuses her own warmth and personality into Vireo, ensuring every person on the other side of the screen feels like a welcomed guest.

Mica Sadler

Mica owns Sadler Real Estate Group, with roots deep in the Kitchener-Waterloo region and years spent building a real understanding of this market. Before real estate he worked in the local tech sector, holding roles across telecommunications, digital forensics and sales leadership. It was a genuine passion for real estate that eventually moved him to change careers.

He is also the founder of The Real Estate Collective, a collaborative platform bringing together real estate professionals to offer expert guidance across every kind of transaction.

Vireo began with a problem Mica lived every day. Buyers want an answer about a home at the moment they are standing in front of it, and no agent can be in three places at once. He leads revenue at SolBirds, and he is the reason Vireo is built around how listing agents actually work rather than how software companies imagine they do.

Jonathan Lindsay

Jonathan spent years leading B2B sales teams in telecom before taking charge of large-scale AI implementations that transformed day-to-day operations. Seeing firsthand how technology succeeds when built around how people actually work, he founded Suprvisr AI to help companies connect their teams with internal knowledge seamlessly. At SolBirds, Jonathan architects the systems behind Vireo, leading technical execution from the live voice guide that greets late-night home buyers to the backend pipelines that interpret property listing data and photos in seconds.
