When you use Vireo, we collect the information needed to run the service: account details (email, name, brokerage for agents), listing content you upload, photos you save when browsing tours, and basic technical data about your browser session.

We collect error events, recent activity leading up to an error ("breadcrumbs"), and basic browser environment data (screen size, connection type) only when something goes wrong. This data is used solely to diagnose and fix issues — never for advertising, cross-site tracking, or any other purpose. Breadcrumbs stay on your device unless an error occurs.

We do not record your screen, replay your sessions, or fingerprint your device. Session identifiers are scoped to a single browser tab and clear when you close it.

Technical telemetry data is retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted. Other data (account, listings, saved homes) is retained while your account is active.

We do not sell your data. We do not share telemetry with third parties. Listing data you publish is visible to buyers browsing Vireo.

When you delete your account, all of your associated technical telemetry, saved homes, and account data are deleted. Listings you published may remain visible until manually removed by your brokerage.
